The bachelor thesis deals with the 3D printing methods in automotive industry. The introductory chapter describes the history and manufacturing process. Next chapter deals with the most used 3D printing technologies and following description of the printing and also most used basic materials. Last chapter is focused on mass and piece production in automotive industry.
Production of flanges using the procedure PPAP , and ISO 9001

In the first part of this thesis is described implementation of quality management system in a small company according to ISO 9001. Next part is about production process by method PPAP. In this section is solved primarily ISO 9001 standard, statistical control of production and certification company according to requirements of ISO 9001. Second part is focused on mass production of flange by using the company facilities Kovobrábění Sobotka. In the end of thesis are reflected weaknesses of production. In the conclusion is described technical and economic evaluation of implementation QMS and machining sample parts.
Manufacturing of Components for Sewing Machine

This bachelor's thesis aims to produce one specific part of the sewing machine - the carrier. First chapter contains analysis of all parts of the sewing machine including the function part. There is also mentioned existing manufacture process with the description and all neccessary tools to produce these parts. Another part is focused on design of the new manufacture process that includes CNC machines with option to create semi-product, material calculations, technological process and calculations of all machine times of each tools. The last part of this thesis aims on assessment of designed manufacture from the technical and economical view.
Solution technology multiple groove guide pulley to circular saw.

The project developed within the bachelor's degree by the pulley multiple groove design of the technology for desktop performance circular saws. The design work is finished the production of components for the piece and batch production, the choice of the intermediate processing and description of manufacturing operations, including tools used for the single and series production, production design work for production and evaluation of the proposed variants of the production. This thesis has been developed on the basis of the theoretical knowledge gained while studying at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Brno and personal experiences.
Internal product and machine release at Bosch Jihlava

This thesis deals with the internal release of products and machines at Bosch Diesel Jihlava. Due to the variety of products that are produced in the Jihlava plants, the thesis focuses only on the internal release of one product, namely the fuel return line. To place the issue in a broader context and to understand the external influences acting on the processes, a system analysis is performed using a process map and Ishikawa diagrams. The evaluation of both processes is carried out in the form of a SWOT analysis, which allows to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. As a result of the work, four improvements are proposed that can make both processes more efficient, especially in terms of time and systems. For a deeper understanding of the issue, a theoretical part is included in the thesis.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is the design and description of the operation of an automated line producing the outer wheelhouse for the left side of the rear part of an Audi AU40x car. Furthermore, a virtual commissioning of 3D model of a cell with a welding station, which is the first part of the line. Siemens Process Simulate is used for this.
Creation of production technology for FDM print head

The thesis is focused on the creation of production technology for unit and series production for FDM print head. Production will be set in a private company Pevot product, s.r.o. For the production will be used machines, tools and technologies that the company commonly uses. On the basis of creation of production processes will be calculated price of the print head and it will be compared with the price of a similar product currently available on the Internet. After comparing the company may decide , if itself will produce and offer on the market.

This diplom thesis deals with iprovement of serial production quality in a company. The first chapter is devoted to literature research. The second is devoted to definition of product quality. The third part is focused on production process analysis. The fourth part deals with analysis of internal scrap and customer claims. The fifth part is focused on risk areas based on previous analysis. The final part includes corrective measures and preventitive actions and their financial assesment.
